In addition to providing communication support services, we also have experience in working with health boards, local authorities and other organisations to scope out local needs, pilot and deliver services.

We undertake service level agreements and can offer a 24 hour service. We also welcome other types of enquiries, such as for block bookings or one-off appointments.

We employ registered Language Service Professionals and we cover assignments throughout Scotland. All of our BSL/English Interpreters are members of SASLI and/or NRCPD, have undergone enhanced disclosure checks and are covered by professional indemnity insurance.

We are accustomed to undertaking assignments in a variety of domains and complexity ranging from small to large meetings all the way up to conferences and exhibitions.

  • Inform people on how to work with LSP’s and how to access them
  • Provide the most appropriately trained and qualified LSPs
  • Work in partnership with other organisations who share our mission, objective and values

* The term Deaf includes: Deaf, Deafened and Hard of Hearing

* Language Service Professionals is the generic term which includes: BSL/Eng Interpreters, Lipspeaker, Electronic Note takers, Deafblind communication.
